Reports for EHC Plans
An Education Health and Care (EHC) plan is the document which replaces Statements of SEN and Learning Difficulties Assessments (LDAs) for children and young people with special educational needs.
An EHC Plan can, under certain circumstances, continue until the young person is 25 years old. Therefore, it can support them into training, further education and apprenticeships.
A parent, SENCO, the young person or a practitioner can contact Oakleigh Speech Clinic and we will explain and advise on the EHC planning process.
