Independent Speech and Language Therapist

I qualified as a speech and language therapist in 2005. Over the period of 10 years I have worked in numerous settings. These have included clinics, nurseries, mainstream and special schools, as well as home visits. As a trilingual therapist I have extensive experience working with children from 2 to 18 years who may have speech and language delay/disorder.

I have developed specialist skills in teaching children with a wide range of speech and language delay and disorder, phonological delay/disorder, auditory comprehension and expressive language. I believe in collaborative working to enable children to maximise their potential.

Shanaz is a registered member of the following organisations:

• Registered with Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists
• Registered with HCPC
• Registered with ASLTIP
